I had come across Anisa Arif on one of the food groups on facebook, and was bowled over by the raving reviews of all the customers… I knew there had to be a special zing to her masalas and had to try them!
Anisa runs a homebased business of making exquisite masalas under the name of Zaiqa- the spice store, using finest quality spices and condiments, hand picked and made to perfection. I mailed her, went ahead a bought a few of her masalas. The courier arrived in a day!
The first impression was the packaging… its so thoughtfully made, and its not only just beautiful to look at but also handy, the zip lock keeps it fresh!.
Opened the packet and the aromas lingered! I immediately broke open a packet of precut chicken lollipops from the freezer to marinate.
The results were – super easy gorgeous and mouth watering lollipops ( a family favorite now )
2 tsps Zaiqa Chicken 65 masala – you could add more!
1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
Chilly powder to taste ( I skipped since my kiddo doesnt care for spicy food)
salt to taste
couple tsps lemon juice
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Marinate and keep for a couple of hours .
Heat oil. Fry . Thats it!!!!
