Yes you read it right! Mutter Paneer Pasta!!!

Pressure Cooker Mutter Paneer Pasta by Vaheeta Sundar
So I make pasta all the time, but pressure cooker pasta? Never ever had I thought you could make, and this got me excited! I am sure you would love to try as well.
The flavours are humble and Indian, so no pesto, or arrabiata , or marinara please!
Here is Vaheetha’s Recipe
Tomatoes 2 (small)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilli powder to taste
Tumeric powder – a pinch
Curd 3 tbsp
Whole garam masala 1 each – You could also use powdered garam masala a tiny bit
Grind the above items as a fine paste
Pasta 2 cups ( fussili or macaroni will work best)
Paneer + peas 1 cup
Water 2 Glasses
Butter/oil for sauteeing
In a pressure cooker add butter or oil
Saute the paste till oil leaves .
Then add paneer and peas. Cook for few minutes
Now add 2 glasses of water and let it boil
Once it starts to boil add the pasta
Pressure Cook for a whistle and simmer for 2-3 minutes
Thats it! You Mutter paneer pasta is ready in minutes
Now thats what we call fusion food!
