If you are like me, who is on the go throughout the week, and are at home on weekends, these 5 crafts are sure shot fun with kids. precisely because- you will get most of the raw materials from around the house, and super easy to do too! The results are mindblowing!
1.Egg carton Flowers
Heres a cool artwork tip ( courtesy pinterest). You will need
Buttons( preferably wooden for a cooler look) otherwise any other big sized buttons
Pipecleaners or straws in green
a piece of ribbon
Paint the canvas with your choice of acrylic color
Cut out individual pockets of the egg carton and paint them in vibrant acrylic colors
Paint the wooden buttons if using them
Once everything is dry all you need to do is just glue them, assembled in thew proper manner as in the picture!
Age 4 and above
2.Water color Collage
Age 3 and above
get sheets of drawing paper and ask the kid to splatter paint water colors all over..
Cut out shapes of your choice, here in this picture they have been cut out as triangles…
Have fun glueing them on another thick piece of white paper or mount paper. Once dry, get it framed.
3.Picture Dictionary Planters

4.Polka Dot Snail

Polka dots are versatile and never go out of fashion! The way you arrange them can get you masterpieces. Look at this beautiful polka dot snail.
You could either use fabric base and then colored paper polkas or everything paper. And if you are lucky and have a circular punch( or rather just buy a circular craft punch) the job is a whole lot easier!
